Generation Watts organically grows in order to achieve its final shape. From being an art-project teaching about energy—it's now the art of energy teaching creative enhancement, thinking, and manifestation modeling of reality.

Generation Watts was founded by Kissey Asplund in 2018. It began as a DJ-radio show where she would talk about a specific energy during her curated and themed DJ-mixes. Today, Generation Watts is an online inner energy studio that  coaches a unique blend of mental performance coaching, energy-work and frequency tuning. As an intuitive creative consultant, Kissey teaches others the process of creativity , how it relates to the mind, and the logic of energy. 

 

After studying meditation, different presence practices, and mind-body philosophies over the last 24 years, combined with a decade-long apprenticeship in energy and frequency work—Generation Watts actively merges Kissey's love for creativity, wellness, music, and frequencies.
